Attributes location

I think I was totally lost when I ask the question to the mailing list. And
I was misunderstood about how the freeradius works.
But now everything is clearer. I thought that when we want to extend the
attributes functionality, we write the code in each of the attributes.
That is why i ask where is the code located. :-)
