mysql> delete from user where user_email='' ;
Query OK, 715 rows affected (0.08 sec)

Seems to have gotten most of them :-)

Lets see how it goes now...

Anyone who doesn't have a wiki account and needs one will have to ask one of 
the admins on the list.
