rlm_perl: func_post_auth

Hi,

branch-1-1 experimental.conf is missing the line

func_post_auth = post_auth

to match the source code's config options and example.pl; this way, users 
might not know that they can use rlm_perl in post-auth stanzas (I just 
encountered one).
If there's still time for this one-liner, it might go into 1.1.7 but it can 
just as well wait til 1.1.8.
