OpenLDAP 2.3 libldap upgrade howto

Just incase someone has some free time and feels like hacking on rlm_ldap, 
here is some documentation thanks to the openSUSE crew (Darix in particular) 
who pointed out to me that "uses -DLDAP_DEPRECATED to avoid OpenLDAP 
crashes" was probably not the best way to solve the problem :-)
