help with dialup_admin

[Chris Moules]

It sound like you have just installed or downloaded the 'dialup_admin'
package and not the freeradius one.

'dialup_admin' is part of the freeeradius package but is 'just' the web
based administration interface. You also _need_ the freeradius system to
administer.
