Cannot upgrade 2.1.4 to 2.1.6

I m trying to upgrade from freeradius-server2.1.4 to freeradius-server2.1.6.
i ve created some patches and applied it.
but while compiling it patches all the files and then gives me an error as below :

it fails to link
