These are all Java errors, and nothing to do with RADIUS. I suggest you take
them to a Java or Android mailing list.

In any case, freeradius-devel is not a general RADIUS discussion list. It is
for people involved in the development of a very specific piece of software
called "freeradius", which is written in C.
