Hi,

easier 'redhat friendly' way is simply build 'RedHst friendly' RPM
without support for freetds and hiredis . therefore not EPEL needed
on THEIR systems..... you only need the clang/GCC 4.x/5.x (devtoolset-3/4) on
the build box. they dont need it on theirs. they just get RPM files.
