FreeRadius can handle?</FONT></DIV>

handlers for START/STOP/Interim Update acct msgs?The handlers would basically
extract info of the corresponding subscriber(framed-IP) from the mySQL database
and send out radius response.</FONT></DIV>

send out notification to a particular IP?Any event handling capability
