Multiple reply items of the same name.

Alright, I figured it out...  I had enabled the "safe_characters" in 
sql.conf, which did not include a "+".  Uncommented and now can get 
multiple attributes that are named the same.  Incase anybody may be 
banging their head over this like I was.  ;)
