can dialup_admin 1.62 work with freeradius 1.02+mysql4.0.25 on debian?

  You must be looking on sourceforge. I had the same problem for a while 
too. But, If you look in the source packages or the CVS repository from 
the freeradius.org website you will find the latest versions of 
dialup_admin (ver. 1.70 with freeradius-1.0.5 and ver 1.80 in the CVS 
repository).
