Query to know radius disconnect request and Ack is supported in freeradius

  It's RFC 3576, not 2822.

  And FreeRADIUS doesn't support receiving them, but radclient will
send them.

  And do NOT send the same message many times, to both the users & the
devel list.  It's unfriendly.
