Eap-Tls Problem

Hello I'm a new user, and i'm trying to set an Eap-Tls authentication 
using freeradius 1.1.2.
My system is debian stable.

I installed freeradius 1.1.2 (./confidure, make ,make install) and 
libssl-dev (apt-get install libssl-dev) like here:

After I made the certificate and installed in the client I tried to
