Preprocessing Acct Message

Hi,

I have freeradius 1.1.2 and postgres 7.4.11.In Acct message, one of
the VSA is "MSI-Diff-Charge-Container" (our own attribute), whose
value is a long hex string: "02060004...". I would like to parse this
value and insert the parsed values into the database.

What is the best way to achieve this?
