Please try the version in the stable branch of the CVS. It uses a newer
libtool, therefore it should correctly build the FreeRADIUS modules.

$ cvs -d :pserver:anoncvs@cvs.freeradius.org:/source login
CVS password: anoncvs
$ cvs -d :pserver:anoncvs@cvs.freeradius.org:/source checkout -r branch_1_1 radiusd
