NAS-Port translation

Hi, is there a way to translate the NAS-Port integer value into a string 

representing the physical interface on the switch?

I mean, is there a way to get something like 'Fa0/1" from something like 

"Nas-Port = 50001"??

If so, could somebody tell how to do it?
