SUSE users can download i586 and x86_64 packages for SUSE 9.3, 10.0 and 10.1 
from:

ftp://ftp.suntel.com.tr/pub/repo/suntel/

You can of course download the rpms manually however, SUSE 10.1 users (and 
users of apt-get or smart) may also add it as a RPM Metadata repository to 
automatically receive the latest builds of FreeRADIUS as they are built.

These packages for so many versions and architectures are possible thanks to 
the OpenSUSE build service.
