FreeRADIUS ( 2 ) and SNMP - "broken pipe error" - password not accepted

  The SMUX code in src/main doesn't appear to be 64-bit clean.  There's
a patch from Redhat on bugs.freeradius.org that helps, but apparently it
still doesn't work.
