ip assignment without ip pool

[hadi golestani]

I've inserted this record to my radius db:
insert into radcheck ( username , attribute , op , value ) values ( "new5" ,
"Framed-IP-Address" , ":=" , "10.6.6.6" )

but still the old ip address (10.1.1.x) has been assigned to client.
