Where to find sql counter module ?

Just "vim /etc/freeradius/dictionary"

and include the following line

"$INCLUDE        /usr/share/freeradius/dictionary.chillispot"

Oh, and move the chillispot.dictionary file into the 
/usr/share/freeradius directory just to keep things neat!
