ippool support for eap/tls

  Sort of.

  The limitation is that the access point will ignore any IP address
sent to it by the RADIUS server.  This is a limitation of 802.1x, and
not any one RADIUS server.

  There are options.  I hope to have something interesting as part of
2.0, if and when that's released.
