If it gives a little more information, running radiusd
after starting dbg gives the info:

Starting program: /usr/local/sbin/radiusd 

Program received signal SIGSEGV, Segmentation fault.
[Switching to Thread 1]
0x100017fc in main (argc=1, argv=0x2ff228cc) at radiusd.c:810
810     radiusd.c: No such file or directory.
        in radiusd.c
