radius 1.1.5 not comming up

Hi

 

I have downloaded radiis version 1.1.5. I am unable to bringup the the server.

it goinf down. Please find the trace below.

rlm_exec: Wait=yes but no output defined. Did you mean output=none?

What could be the issue ?
