Virtual modules not working with xlat

Appears virtual modules can't be used with dynamic expansion.

Unfortunately I can't test on latest CVS...

Debug is also peppered with

ERROR: Cannot find a configuration entry for module "redundant_sql".
ERROR: Cannot find a configuration entry for module "redundant_ldap".

etc ...
