dialupadmin not displaying menu

hi,

I am installing a wireless  hotspot with freeradius.the installation went fine, but when trying to display the dialupadmin html page http://localhost /dialupadmin the pae displays fine but the menu on the left is not displayed as it should be.

instead i observed that it is the content of a php3 script in the conf file that are written

 

need a help please
