  Since there are only 800M people or so on the Internet, I very much
doubt that there are 60M NASes *total* in the entire world.  Your
aggregrator will likely only have 60K NASes.  Maybe.

  You can put all of this information into SQL, and implement all of
this logic in SQL statements.
