What?

I wrote that reply, and I was replying to someone else. I was not
replying to you.

HUP doesn't work reliably in the server. Either restart it completely,
or use an SQL database you can update without restarting.

Since I wasn't replying to you, I have no idea about the "different key
formats" except that, as you've been told, WPA-PSK doesn't use a radius
server so the key formats etc. are irrelevant.
