Customize messages from radiusd - possible?

Hi,

I would like to know if it is possible to customize the messages that
radiusd sends to the client.
For example, I would like to translate the "You are already logged in -
access denied" message to another string.
Can this be done using Reply-Message in radiusd.conf?
