$ man unlang

  This will tell you how to construct policies.

  In 2.0.5, see raddb/modules/smbpasswd.

  I suggest also learning how to use "grep".  The configuration files
are filled with references to all sorts of things.  It's faster to look
through the configuration for things like "smbpasswd" than to ask
questions on the list.
