user expiration problem

I tried with Mikrotik but it doesn't work if it is Cleartext-Password.
User-Password is OK and operator must be :=.

Also, MT wants expiration in next format

id | username | attribute | op | value
1 |  test | Expiration | == | December 31 2035 00:00:00
