huntgroups are failing auth - missing Chap Password

  Because the "huntgroups" file isn't about setting the password.  i.e.
it doesn't *do* that.  It's not *supposed* to do that.

  "users" file:

bob	Client-IP-Address != 1.2.3.4, Auth-Type := Reject

  That's it.  No huntgroups are necessary.
