i have added the EAP-AKA patch also to it.this same server is working 
properly in linux2.6 version

  Well... the server doesn't include EAP-AKA support by default.  See
bugs.freeradius.org for a patch that adds it.

  The patch isn't included in the server because it duplicates a lot of
code.  That needs to be fixed before it's incorporated.
