  You might need to set RTDL_GLOBAL in the various library flags.  Or,
hack the build system so that sqlippool depends explicitly on rlm_sql.

  It's horrible, but it works.

  Hmm... a simpler way is simply to have the rlm_sql module add the
function pointers to it's instance data structure.  That way, the other
modules can grab the function pointers from that, and use them.

  Try checking out a fresh copy from git.
