as alan has said, latest versions can have custom log - theres also line_log module - NAS-IP-Address is your friend .old version? Well, what your're after is/can be stored/found elsewhere . Eg detail logs

  In 2.1.7 you can add custom messages to the logs.  See the "log"
section of radiusd.conf, "msg_*".
