Pre-release of Version 2.1.8

i guess this version also solved "ASSERT FAILED event.c[2682]: request->ev != NULL" issue?

Looks very promising so far.  I've not seen any problems yet. I'd vote
for this as the best FreeRADIUS release ever :-)
