eap/tls freeradius openssl

Ok, I think I've installed everything correctly (according to the faq) but obviously not.  starting radius in debug I still get:

Ignoring EAP-Type/tls because we do not have OpenSSL support.
Ignoring EAP-Type/ttls because we do not have OpenSSL support.
Ignoring EAP-Type/peap because we do not have OpenSSL support.

I though I properly installed openssl-devel
