rlm_raw not included in compile

Basically your'e on your own here....
(Unless someone else with FR 1.7 compile knowledge can help).

I messed around for about 6 hours to convince FR 2.1.7 to include 
rlm_raw in the compile.

(After that I had to update rlm_raw from FR1 to FR2 format).

This you DEFINATELY need to do.
