Freeradius problem, EAP-TTLS works fine, EAP-PEAP does not

Allright, so this is what I thought it was and I have provided the
solution already.
On Windows 7, you go into Advanced Settings -> 802.11X Settings ->
Specify authentication mode:
and select "user authentication"
