how to generate chap-password chap-challenge on radius

i'm sending this atributes

Cleartext-Password==1
CHAP-Password==1
Mikrotik-Rate-Limit==600k/600k
NAS-Identifier=Mikrotik
Calling-Station-Id=192.168.3.210
MT-Group=Mikrotik
NAS-IP-Address=192.168.3.242
Service-Type=Login-User

and on log I have this error

[chap] Cleartext-Password is required for authentication
++[chap] returns invalid
Failed to authenticate the user.
Login incorrect (rlm_chap: Clear text password not available):
[renato/<CHAP-Password>]

what atributes I need to change?
