  Yes... that's common.

  This is all documented in the specifications.  This list is *not* the
place to learn about the technical details of RADIUS.  It's intended for
people who are configuring FreeRADIUS.

  The only reason to worry about the Accounting-Request authenticator is
if you're writing your own RADIUS server or client.
