Beginner Question: "Hotspot Login Failed"

which bit of that message isnt fairly clear?   you are using the wrong type of comparison
operator in one of your configs - I would suggest that its either the SQL of the users file.

read my previous email where I highlighted which format in the SQL table was correct,
the same would apply to eg the users file
