How to setup Freeradius

Here is a site where I say the auth-type post plus I have seen it in other
posts and sites online.

I will give it a try without it and let you know the results.
Currently I am using 10.04 LTS.  I did just load 11.04 Ubuntu but haven't
installed fkereeradius on this version.  Hence all my questions before I
setup freeradius on 11.04.
My mistake.
