You're replying to a very old thread (April 2009), without including
the debug output or details about what your environment is. It's
unlikely that others will be able to help.

Anyway,

Start by checking that the file rlm_attr_rewrite.so exists, the run
ldd on that file to make sure the system is able to find all needed
libs.
