Load Balance two FreeRADIUS servers (question)

you need one that understands the RADIUS protocol and thus can keep a conversation in progress
going to one backend...

I'm not a salesman or work for them but F5 seem to be the best IMHO

usually you have a cluster of them or a multiheaded appliance with heart-beat betwixt
