I  came up with that conclusion as well.  I am going to use my known good
source.

  Which supplicant are you using?  It's not encoding the inner-tunnel data
correctly.

  I'll also note you're running the bleeding edge "master" branch.
There might be a compatibility change needed, as the TTLS verification code
changed recently.
