Problem with Freeradius.net + Mysql in Win server 2008r2

i have no chance to change the OS. of server, and yes im using 
Freeradius.net.

i review the sql.conf and radiussd.conf files looking for errors and 
nothing, the radius server still dont connect to mysql server.
