Encode multiple sub-attributes in single vsa?

Hi,
RFC2865 states "Multiple subattributes MAY be encoded within a single
Vendor-Specific attribute, although they do not have to be." in
section 5.26.
Does Freeradius support this? if yes, how to enable it?
