Recommendations for a GUI front end for FreeRadius

FreeRadius is a great product that works very well, but is difficult for novices to maintain.  I don't have any problems using the Linux shell and vi to configure,  but I need something more user friendly for others.

Can anyone recommend an open-source GUI for FreeRadius - preferably something that runs as an Apache web site under Linux?
