Failed to load module "jradius" freeradius server

i've found rlm_jradius on src/modules.

But after i ./configure and make and make install i can't found jradius
modules on my radiusd installation.

Then I try to configure with command :  ./configure
--with-experimental-modules=yes

but i got error like bellow :

i'm running on ubuntu 12.04

is there bug of freeradius 2.2.0 for this ubuntu version
