- Missing - Something is not there that should be.
- 'Make.inc' - The thing that should be there but isn't.
- Run - Execute a command.
- './configure' - The command you should execute.
- '[options]' - Any additional options you want to add like --prefix or --with-shared-libs=no.
- and - There's something additional you have to do as well as running the previous command.
- retry - Repeat the previous command which generated this error message.
